About Queen Creek: It is important to know that the mailing address of Queen Creek is a large area that includes both Maricopa County and Pinal County, however the true Town of Queen Creek is only in Maricopa County. The Pinal County area only uses the name Queen Creek for mailing address purposes and is technically an unincorporated area of Pinal County at this time. What this means to home owners is that you do not have the same services in the Pinal County area as you do in the city limits of Maricopa Queen Creek. Such services as fire and emergency services, city water and sewer to name but a few are available through private companies. Rural Metro for Fire & Ambulance service would be billed separately to home owners in the Pinal County area if they so chose to subscribe and there are a variety of water different companies there depending on the sub division the home is located in. As such the prices are typically more expensive in the Maricopa Queen Creek area that that of homes in Pinal County Queen Creek which you will see in the market stats below which we have broken out the numbers and shown them by County. |
