Power Ranch is a three time award winning master planned sub division located in the South Eastern Side of the Town of Gilbert in Arizona. The total sub division project area is made up of aproximatly 1414-acres and a built out capacity of 5,400 residential homes. 200-acres of the 1414 acres has been left as open space and green belts with a 26+ mile trail system meandering through the community.
The Master Planned Sub Division was put together by Sunbelt Holdings and then sold off to individual builders. There are eleven distinct neighborhoods that make up Power Ranch. Germann Road runs East-West through the center of Power Ranch. Neighborhoods to the South of Germann road were the first Phase of Power Ranch to be developed and are as follows:

Power Ranch is within the Higley Unified School District with Power Ranch K-8 elementary school located with in the community. High school students of Power Ranch would attend Williamsfield High School which which is one the areas newest schools opening its doors in 2007.
