You're gonna like this. Its our new real estate search tool and its yours to use for free. No log in is required and best of all it is map based.
Simply set you minimum and maximum price range the minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms, select if you want only homes with a pool and upon the map will appear the homes available that meet your criteria. Looking for a multifamily property, simply select that option on the left and thats what you will see. Because it is map based you get to see what price ranges certain areas are, for example if your looking for a luxury home over 5000 square feet, just enter that criteria in and you will see the locations that these homes are located in.
Looking to rent a home then simply set the price range maximum to $10,000 and you will see all the rental properties appear.
Once you have entered in your search parameters simply hover your mouse cursor over the property icon and a pop up will appear with a picture and some basic criteria for the of the property. If you like what you see then click for more info.
The map is set to view Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler & Queen Creek city areas, however you can zoom out to other areas of the Phoenix valley, or if you know of a sub-division you want to be in the zoom right into that area and you will be able to see which homes are available on certain streets. Click on the "Aerial" or "Hybrid" button and view the area by satellite image instead.
This tool is not only a benefit to buyers, but home sellers can use this to see what the competition is in their neighborhood. Not thinking of selling just yet, be a nosy neighbor in the privacy of your own home and see what homes are selling for near you.
