Power Ranch Community Association

On January 22nd, 2009, the Power Ranch Community Association will be passing control from the developer board to the homeowner board. The owners in Power Ranch will be voting on five board positions and are currently accepting applications from individuals with an interest in serving on the board of directors. Beginning in 2009, the board will be made up of Power Ranch Community Association homeowners who will meet monthly to make decisions on behalf of the community and assist in formulating community goals. The qualifications are:

  • Must be an owner of a residential property within Power Ranch.
  • An interest in serving the community where you live.
  • A commitment to uphold the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) for the Power Ranch Community Association.
  • An ability to listen and make informed decisions in the best interest of the community.
  • A time commitment to attend Board meetings, committee meetings, as well as additional time to communicate with other homeowners.
  • Time commitment is estimated at 10-15 hours per month,additional time may be required for research on specific issues.
  • The first homeowner Board of Directors will consist of five Board members. Board member terms will be decided by number of votes and the terms will be staggered.
